How I Support You on Your Journey

As a doula and momma, I understand full well what the transition into parenthood can feel like physically, emotionally, and mentally.  The fourth trimester can often be a space where conflicting information and the pressures of society combine with healing and sleep deprivation, leave parents feeling unsure of themselves and overwhelmed. I am here to help you navigate this new journey. I provide unbiased and evidence based information while helping you to hone your inner voice and lean into the choices that feel right for your family. Postpartum Support

The postpartum period is one of adjustment for parents, baby, and siblings. I can help care for all of you while you are on your journey to a new sense of normal by providing:

  • Routine newborn care including feeding, bathing, comforting, and so on.

  • Informational and emotional support on the healing process of the birthing person in addition to providing space and encouragement for self care.

  • Light meal preparation and housework as well as running quick errands.

  • Support through email, text, and phone for non-urgent matters, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m and 24/7 for the duration of your contract for all urgent matters.

  • Access to a list of reputable practitioners and an extensive lending library.

  • A shoulder to lean on and a sympathetic ear should you need it.

Daytime Care - 45.00/hr (4 hr minimum)*

Overnight Care - 50.00/hr (4 hr minimum)*

*A travel fee of 5.00/hr might be added for those outside my service area.

Prepping for Postpartum 

​Planning & preparation for the postpartum period is key to making those first few weeks go more smoothly.  This service is provided within a 4 hour in-person visit prior to birth that can include the following:

  • Personalized feedback of products and set ups that might be helpful depending on your needs and the layout of your home.

  • Informational support on the care of newborns.

  • Meal preparation

  • Support through email, text, and phone Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

  • Access to a list of reputable practitioners.
